Monday class
Reduce the noise and chaos of life; pause and quieten the mind… 
In this class we will explore a sequence of Yoga postures and work with the rhythm of the breath for physical and mental release, to stabilize & calm the body and mind, whilst building strength and flexibility.
* Suitable for all levels of experience (incl. beginners) *
* Not suitable for pregnancy/post-natal *
* We have reduced the class to just 6 students for October*
