Has last year left you feeling not as much your self as you could be?   

For many of us, the pandemic has been a traumatic time and although it is has been very challenging, it is encouraging to remember that we do have a natural inclination to heal, given the right conditions.

To support you in your recovery, we are offering a 2.5 hr workshop, where we will support you to release your stress and and rebalance your nervous system. 

In a small supportive group you will be taken through a range of postures and breath practices which are specifically chosen to support the optimal functioning of your nervous system.  Learn about how your nervous system functions in times of stress and find your way to discovering which practices best work for you. 

We aim to have you leave the session feeling relaxed, grounded, with a renewed energy and some knowledge and skills you can put into practice independently.   All participants will leave with a handbook of all the breath and movement practices which will be taught on the course.   

Cost £35 but concessions available for those who are facing financial hardship at this time.
