Take the opportunity to indulge yourself in some time to move, breathe and relax.
These classes are suitable for pregnant women from 12 weeks onwards.

The flow style encourages you to connect to your breath in every movement; a moving meditation to focus on you and your baby. Safe exercises to build strength in your core, spine and legs to help with childbirth and beyond.

Working with intentions to reduce fears and anxiety, empowering you through a special journey.

A beautiful way to connect to your growing baby and get some “me time”.

Fridays – 11:00 – 12:00 – Parent & Toddler
