A yoga class suitable for pregnant women to help you prepare both physically and mentally for birth.
The sessions include breathing techniques, yoga postures adapted to the different stages of pregnancy, useful tips for labour, mindful meditations to help you feel calm, and relaxations to truly rest.
We work with the body and the mind to safely help you stretch, release tension, fears, and relax whilst also developing the strength that will sustain you through pregnancy, birth and beyond.

- Cost: £48 (6 wk. blk.) or £10 for a single class (if space)
- Note: This class is suitable after week 14 of pregnancy if you are new to yoga
