These classes are designed to build your strength back slowly, from the inside out; strengthening the deep core and pelvic floor muscles safely and strengthening the spine to support your posture during breastfeeding and carrying baby.
It’s also a great way to meet other new mums and spend time bonding with baby.
Safe from 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 8 weeks post caesarean (with permission from GP).
