The flow style encourages you to connect to your breath in every movement; a moving meditation to focus on you and your baby. Safe exercises to build strength in your core, spine and legs to help with childbirth and beyond.
Working with intentions to reduce fears and anxiety, empowering you through a special journey. A beautiful way to connect to your growing baby and get some “me time”.
*These classes are suitable for pregnant women from 12 weeks onwards.
Students will be able to participate in real time or view the recorded class for a limited period either on a smart phone or computer. You will be emailed the link for the class 30 mins. before the session starts.

I started practicing Yoga in 2002 after my partner passed away. Through Yoga I found a way to manage my grief, connect to my breath and start to heal. Yoga has been part of my life since, helping to manage life’s ups and downs, including two pregnancies.
I find a huge joy through practicing and love to share this with others. I offer a friendly, innovative and nurturing approach to Yoga, My classes are accessible to all from complete beginners to regular practitioners. I work with you and your practice. Be prepared to go to your edge and be supported with every breath.
I am a 200 hr qualified Yoga Alliance teacher in Vinyassa and Hot Yoga. I am also qualified in Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga through Poppy Perinatal.
