Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that can alter your state of consciousness by slowing down your brain wave frequencies. It takes you to the place in between being awake and asleep, this is where the magic happens.

I have designed this 7 day course for those who are completely new to Yoga Nidra. You will learn about the amazing health benefits and fascinating science behind this practice, which has helped me immensely through the last year.

If you have attempted Yoga Nidra before but didn’t quite get it, this is the place for you. We will start slowly and build up to a full Nidra by day 7.

Your starter kit will include:
β¨ 1 x Tisserand Essential Oils Rollerball
β¨ 1 x 4 inch White Sage Stick
β¨ 1 x 100% Cotton Linseed Eye Bag
β¨ 7 x Pukka Teabags
All you need to do is find a quiet place for yourself for 45 minutes every night for a week, this help you to develop a regular practice. Comfy clothes (preferably PJS), warm socks, blankets and pillows are a must when creating your cosy nest. Headphones will enhance your experience but are not essential. Classes will be via Zoom either on a laptop or your phone.
