Mindful Meditation (6 week course)

Interested in finding out more about meditation ?

Finding it difficult to maintain a meditation practice ?

Even practising once a week has been shown to help reduce stress and calm the mind.

Each session which will cover:

  • a gentle stretch to prepare for meditation
  • core meditation practice
  • guided meditation practice
  • time for questions and discussion
  • Skillful Mind certified meditation leader

£36 (+booking fees) for 6 weeks or £7 for a single session.

Hi, I’m Crescentia Cook and I believe that ‘wellness’ encompasses nutrition, exercise and your mind.  There is a lot that we can do ourselves to keep ourselves well and my goal is to help you stay ‘well’ by helping you release stress and anxiety through massage, meditation and workshops that focus on where you want to be and feelings and thoughts you need to overcome to get there.

in our busy lives we don’t often give ourselves time to really reflect on how we really feel and how we would like it to change.  My workshops gives you a safe space to contemplate, discuss and put together an action plan.

I studied aromatherapy massage with the Bristol School of Holistic Massage in 2006 and since the. I have continued to learn by taking courses on chair massage, Indian head massage and natural facelift massage.

I am a certified SkillfulMinds Meditation leader and I am available for 1-1 life coaching.
