Have you ever wondered why exercise stops at your neck when your face has around 43 muscles. Exercising and massaging your face helps to keep your face toned and your skin wrinkle free.
Join Cresentia for a 45 minute weekly face yoga session to relax and rejuvenate your skin.
The session will start with stretches for the neck and shoulders before moving on to exercise the various muscles in your face. It will finish with a facial massage and a short breathing and affirmation exercise.
When it is over you will feel relaxed and glowing.
The sessions will take place over Zoom .
