Yoga with Hils – Tuesday afternoon class – January
💛 Reduce the noise and chaos of life; pause and quieten the mind… 💛
This class, led by Hilary, will take time to explore a sequence of yoga poses and work with the rhythm of the breath, for physical and mental release; to stabilise and calm the body and mind.
Suitable for beginners and those with more experience
Hilary also teaches a class on Sundays 19:30 – 20:30, Mondays 20.00 – 21.00 and Wednesdays 20.30 – 21.30.
There are only ten places so if you have not booked, you may reluctantly be turned away.
