A yoga class suitable for pregnant women to help you prepare both physically and mentally for birth.
Each class is formulated around one of the 4 elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air. Adapted yoga flows, myofascial release, hypnobirthing techniques, breathing techniques, chakras, and inspirational meditations all linked to the element that week. Pregnant mamas will gain movement, freedom, willpower and joy from working with the yoga elements and the journey will be there with you for those 9 special months and beyond.
We work with the body and the mind to safely help you stretch, release tension, fears, and relax whilst also developing the strength that will sustain you through pregnancy, birth and beyond.
