Pilates – 4 wk course (mixed abilities)
Becky’s Pilates class will help you improve your physical strength, flexibility, balance, posture and enhance your mental awareness.
This class is a whole body workout, but we will focus primarily on the core. It is a non- impact, mat based class, suitable for all levels, no previous experience necessary.
Becky will ensure the practice is safe and mindful and gradually progress you through the exercises.
